November 2021 Reposed #BookSubscriptionBox #UnboxingReview

Hello, Book Dragons! Yes, the title is correct, it is a November box that I completely failed to review, like most of the things last year. But I am not going to beat myself about it in this post. Most of you were aware of a book subscription box called Reding In Heels, they rebranded to Reposed quite a while ago. I bought their boxes in the past and was very pleased with the boxes. For the project, I bought a one-off box that was £14.20 including postage. Here is a little bit about their service. You can find more at https://www.reposed.co/

“Reposed is the UK’s bestselling book subscription for women, delivering elegantly-designed, expertly-curated reading experiences each month. We’re the antidote to screen time, offering members an immersive, restorative experience – a way to switch off from all the endless noise and unwind.

Our boxes feature the very best in contemporary literary fiction, alongside a considered selection of beauty and lifestyle gifts from a handpicked edit of independent and luxury designers and brands – think skincare to rejuvenate and uplift, restorative herbal teas, delicious gourmet snacks and bespoke stationery.

Since we launched in 2017, we’ve worked with the likes of Miller Harris, Omorovicza, Malin +‌ Goetz and Prestat, partnered with brands including Self Portrait, Quintessentially and Bloom & Wild, and been featured in titles such as Grazia, the Evening Standard, Stylist, The Independent and Marie Claire. “

So, without further due, here is the box. 🙂

I would like to begin with the extra items that I received in this box. As a sweet treat, I’ve got a Single Origin Colombian Milk Chocolate bar from Love Cocoa that tasted divine, and for a drink, they added a coffee bag from Paddy&Scott, who specialise in craft coffee. I love coffee and I always enjoy them in a bag, I hate those little bits in my coffee mug. 😀 In this box, I received a skincare item, it is a sampler of Eternelle Moisturiser by Juno skincare to try and curb the cold weather.

The book (the cards are my own)

The book of the month was The Passenger by Ulrich Alexander Boschwitz and here is the blurb:

BERLIN, NOVEMBER 1938. Synagogues are being burnt, Jews rounded up and their businesses destroyed. Otto Silbermann has managed to evade the escalating violence of the Nazi regime – until now. With stormtroopers battering on his door, he sneaks out the back and begins a desperate race to escape this homeland that is no longer home.

So, my overall opinion of this book is very positive, I like that this book box is super affordable, has a good book and practical add ons that make the reading experience brilliant. I would strongly recommend this book to those who are looking for something simple but elegant at the same time. 🙂

Thank you for your time!<3
